No voicemail, no office hours
The phone is covered 24/7, including weekends and holidays, because that is when most of these calls actually come in.
Free to you, start to finish
You will not be billed by this site, ever. The call is free, the connection is free, and the price of the job is a matter for you and the contractor you choose.
A licensed contractor who works locally
The contractor on the other end is independent, licensed for this trade in Maryland, and based close enough to Upper Marlboro to turn up. Ask for the license number and proof of insurance on the first visit; that request is normal and welcome.
Not the right contractor? Call again
A contractor who misses the appointment or rubs you the wrong way is a reason to call back, not to give up. Ask for a different one; it costs nothing and nobody will argue.
What is not being guaranteed here
None of the above is a warranty on anyone’s workmanship. The contractors are independent businesses, not employees of this site, and the work you agree with one of them is a contract between you and that contractor — its quality, its price, its schedule and its guarantee are theirs to give and yours to hold them to.
