Are you open at night?
The line is answered 24/7. Swarmers come out at dusk and rodents are most active at night, and a technician is sent when one is free.

Are the wings on my windowsill termites?
They can be. Shed wings near a window or door are a common sign of a swarm, and a technician checks the wood before saying what the species is.
Do stink bugs bite?
No. Brown marmorated stink bugs gather in houses in the fall and do not bite, but they are a nuisance. Sealing the cracks is the usual control.
